Irregular brake booster geometry required each part to stay fixed in position during transport. The packaging also needed to support repeated loading, high-density packing, and empty return logistics.
TECPACK configured a 1210 sleeve pack container with custom HDPE blister trays. Each tray was shaped around the part profile to separate and position brake booster units across 10 loaded layers.
The collapsible sleeve structure supports approximately 3:1 empty return, helping reduce return-trip volume compared with rigid non-folding packaging.
