Quality Control Starts Before Production, Not Only Before Shipment
Quality control is not a single inspection at the end of production. It starts with selecting the right manufacturing partner, confirming specifications, reviewing production readiness, monitoring key milestones, and documenting the shipment before it leaves China.
TECPACK does not rely only on manufacturing partner self-reporting. For qualifying orders, inspection and documentation are structured so buyers can review key evidence before shipment confirmation.
The goal is not to promise that problems never happen. The goal is to make problems visible earlier and resolve them through a documented process.

From Supplier Qualification to Post-Delivery Follow-Up
Five stages of quality control — each catches different categories of problems at the earliest possible point.
Before first order
Supplier Qualification
Capacity, tooling capability, material consistency, quality history, and delivery reliability are reviewed before order placement.

Before production
Pre-Production Confirmation
Product specification, material requirement, sample approval, artwork, color, and packaging method are confirmed before production starts.

During production
In-Process Follow-up
Production progress, schedule deviations, material substitution risks, and key issues are followed up during production.

Before loading
Pre-Shipment Inspection
For qualifying orders, dimensional checks, visual inspection, quantity confirmation, functional checks, and packing review are arranged before loading.

After delivery
Shipment Record & Follow-up
Loading photos, packing list, container/seal numbers, and shipment documents are collected according to order scope.

Third-party inspection is standard on orders of 1×40HQ and above.
Smaller orders: arrangement on request.

Documentation Package Before Shipment Confirmation
For qualifying orders, TECPACK organizes key shipment evidence before shipment confirmation. The exact document package depends on order type, product line, inspection scope, and customer requirements.
| Document | What It Contains |
|---|---|
| Pre-Shipment Inspection Report | Includes dimensions, visual quality, quantity checks, functional checks, issue notes, and inspection result when applicable. |
| Container Loading Photos | Shows loading method, packing condition, container status, and arrangement before sealing. |
| Packing List | Itemized SKU, quantity, carton/pallet count, gross/net weight, and volume when available. |
| Container & Seal Numbers | For shipment tracking, customs, and arrival verification. |
| Commercial Invoice & B/L Copy | Provided according to shipment stage and export coordination. |
| Certificates / Test Records | Food-contact, ESD, material, PPAP, or other project-specific documents when required. |

Project Visibility Support
Quality control is also about keeping buyers informed before problems become surprises. For custom and qualifying orders, TECPACK is developing a project visibility workflow to help clients review key production milestones, QC records, loading photos, and shipment documentation in a more structured way.
This visibility layer is designed to support clearer communication. Final quality confirmation still depends on inspection reports, documented approvals, and direct project management.
Use a dashboard-style mockup or document-flow graphic. Do not show fake login data as if the system is already fully live.
Production Milestones
Track key stages from order confirmation to production, inspection, and loading.
QC Records
Keep inspection reports, measurement checks, and issue records organized by project.
Loading Photos
Review loading photos and container records before shipment confirmation.
Shipment Documents
Access packing lists, container numbers, seal numbers, and export documents when available.
Company Certifications and Product-Specific Documents
Company-level certifications and product-specific documents are not the same. TECPACK’s management certification supports our project and service process, while product-specific declarations or tests may depend on material, manufacturing partner, product line, and order requirement.
